Mindfulness Courses - Fife
The above course is available to all residents in North East Fife. Please click the link above for further details. The course involves mindfulness meditation and mindful movement. The sessions introduce basic elements of mindfulness meditation practice and will include breath awareness, mindful movement and body scan practices. These sessions will offer a whole workout for both body and mind, easing the way for a sense of calm and well being. Each person is invited to practise at his/her own pace and level of comfort. Please wear comfortable clothes for ease of breathing and movement - particularly around the waist.
