FACE COVERING EXEMPTION LETTERS

In line with current guidelines, the practice does not provide letters to patients who are, or feel they are, exempt from wearing a face covering.  Please do not approach the practice to request such letters as we cannot provide them.

Face covering exemption cards can be obtained from the Scottish Government by visiting www.exempt.scot or by contacting the helpline number on 0800 121 6240.

Patients who have developed Covid-19 symptoms, can arrange a test by clicking on the link below:
Patients who have developed Covid-19 symptoms or are currently isolating do not need to request a sicknote (MED3) from the practice.  Please click on the link below to request an isolation note which must be accepted by your employer:
Patients who have developed symptoms of Covid-19 and require medical assistance regarding their symptoms should contact the practice directly for further assistance by dialling 01382 543251.  If your symptoms are life-threatening you should dial 999.
